Living a wellness centered life takes a lot of work. In this coaching package, we work together on a month to month basis to define what living well means to you and create habits to support your vision.

This isn’t like other 1:1 offers where you meet once a week and meet through email. We can do that if it works for you, but my clients prefer using Marco Polo- the app that lets you watch, reflect, and comment on your own time.

It’s like having an accountability buddy in you back pocket! That’s me!!

So, I am your daily personal coach to help you hone in on your goals, pivoting along the way as we process your feedback!
